1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of StickerLab (the "App"), operated by Peagle Studio (Individual Entrepreneur Kanaev Baytik, Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on iOS devices that you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App lawfully and respectfully. You may not:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Create stickers depicting violence, hate speech, harassment, or sexual content involving minors
  • Use stickers to infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices from the App

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the photos and stickers you create using the App. The App processes your content locally on your device — we do not own, claim, or have access to your content. You are solely responsible for the content you create and how you use it.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its name "StickerLab", the "Peagle Studio" brand, designs, code, and all related materials, are the property of Peagle Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

6. Third-party services

The App integrates with third-party services (e.g. Google Firebase for analytics and crash reporting). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peagle Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which for free downloads is zero).

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
